MedyGhar care hub is a unified, next-generation digital healthcare platform. We bridge the gap between patients and medical professionals by offering digital doctor consultations, super-fast pharmacy delivery, and laboratory test bookings directly from your home.
You have two easy ways: 1) Go to "Order Now" and search for specific medicines, choose a verified nearby store, and add them to your cart. 2) Go to "Upload Prescription" to submit your doctor's prescription image or PDF. Our smart broadcasting system will share it with licensed nearby stores who will claim, review, and deliver it straight to you.
Booking a test is completely seamless. Visit the "Book Lab Test" page or browse our curated "Health Packages". Select your test, choose a convenient date slot, and complete a secure online payment. An experienced, certified laboratory technician will visit your address to collect samples, process them, and upload reports directly to your profile history.
Navigate to "Consult Now" on the homepage. You can browse our directory of certified specialist doctors across major departments (Physician, Gynecologist, Pediatrician, Dermatologist, etc.). Select a doctor, book a slot, and carry out your consultation seamlessly online.
Every order or booking has dynamic live tracking. Simply click the "My History" tab in the header. From there, you can view the complete chronological sequence of steps taken (e.g. Booking Confirmed, Lab Technician Assigned, Sample Collected, Reports Ready). If a technician is assigned, their details and phone number will be displayed in real time.
Absolutely. All financial transactions are processed securely through Razorpay, a highly encrypted, industry-standard payment gateway. We support UPI, Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), and Netbanking. Your transactions are completely safe and protected.
As soon as the laboratory processes your test samples, they upload your diagnostic reports. You will receive an immediate notification, and a secure download link will appear inside your booking card in the "My History" section, allowing you to view or download a PDF copy instantly.
Delivery fees vary slightly based on the selected pharmacy's policies, distance, and the final order value. Any applicable delivery charges or local taxes will be clearly detailed in the final receipt/bill during checkout.
